Teachers are leaving education at unprecedented rates. More than ever, teachers need to be supported and valued so that they can help their students achieve their full potential—academically, socially, and emotionally. Coaching plays a vital role in supporting teachers and it is our hope that this report will help leaders build more impactful coaching programs.

We need to build our coaching programs to create an environment of continuous learning that positively impacts both teachers and students. We can start by ensuring access to coaching data to measure coaching effectiveness against district goals and mandates.
